Using Murphy's Law, I needed a new washing machine late on Sat 29th December. So I googled to find something and placed my order with ryda.click. I chose my delivery date as the very next business day of 2nd January, but was very sceptical. It was delivered at 8.30am on 2nd, installed and the old one taken away at no extra cost. Hi I have not bought an appliance on line before and was a little concerned how it would go. I would like to compliment your company on the way my order was handled, i.e. the uncomplicated method of ordering, the pleasant way I was treated when I rang to change delivery date and the very prompt delivery. Today we received our refrigerator. The delivery fellows rang as you said and with very little fuss installed the fridge and took the old fridge away and all the packing. I would like to compliment Appliances Online and in particular Peter and John for their courteous and helpful assistance in the purchase and for any other purchases I need to make you are in my favourites menu to check your price and availability prior to going anywhere else.
