A pleasurable and easy experience
I just wanted to thank appliances online for their prompt delivery of my new fridge yesterday. I was amazed at how quickly it arrived and teh guys who delivered it were just fantastic. They phoned me when they were 20 minutes away, moved in the new fridge with no complaints (my house can be hard to access with furniture), they unpacked the new fridge, set it up, and took the old one awaywith no issues whatsoever. It is so rare these days that people deliver on tehir promises and make buying whitegoods a pleasurable and easy experience. I ordered a new washing machine last week, and asked for delivery today. 7.30am received phone to let me know the delivery would be in 30 minutes. 8.00am Here on time! 10.00am - doing my second load of washing. Brilliant service! The delivery men were polite and efficient. They connected my new machine and took the old (22 years old!) machine away for me. You can't ask for better service than that.
