I have never purchased a "reconditioned" appliance before, however I didn't want to waste money on an inexpensive blender. I wanted a good one with power but I didn't like the price tags. Taking a chance, I bought the Certified Reconditioned S30 model in my favorite color, red. I am SO happy I did as I now have the best of both worlds. It works like a champ, looks great on the counter, and saved me many dollars. Now that I'm enjoying smoothies and sauces, if I ever want to purchase an even larger blender, I know that I'll be back to Vitamix (and probably another reconditioned one!). Thank you!!!

My wife's been ill for some time and stopped eating solid food 4 months ago. It looked like I was going to loose her. With the doctors insistance that she consume 2000 calories per day, I bought the S-30. Using the enclosed recipe book I went to work creating healthy drinks that she could manage and not fight me. I've been making 3 - 4 health smoothies per day for the last 3 1/2 months. Her doctors were amazed at her recovery. She consumes some solid food again, but insists on a breakfast smoothy and a vegtable smoothy for lunch. Our friends have marveled at her recovery and have come over to taste my creations. They were sold and each purchased a machine.

I do not like using this machine because it is so hard to clean. The pitcher has to be unscrewed from the base just to rinse it out because liquid seeps into the crevices every time. I would much rather use my Bullet because it’s just easier!
