AO were the epitome of good customer service when I told them about the problem, arranging for me to have it replaced This company is second to none when it comes to looking after their customers! Thank you.Modern designIt is much quieter than my last kettle and is such a modern design. Glad I waited for it.Good Kettle BUTHad this kettle for about 2 years. Recently found some black plastic in the bottom of the kettle. Wasn't sue where it came from initially. Now the lid is about come off. Great design but poor quality in some of the components. Will have to look at a new kettle soon, not sure what brand. If this issue was guaranteed to be fixed I would consider this one again.Legendary service
