Using Murphy's Law, I needed a new washing machine late on Sat 29th December. So I googled to find something and placed my order with ryda.click. I chose my delivery date as the very next business day of 2nd January, but was very sceptical. It was delivered at 8.30am on 2nd, installed and the old one taken away at no extra cost. I'm quick to complain when something is wrong, so when I receive first-class service, I think it's only fair to compliment. Your service was faultless. Your prices were the cheapest, delivery free, fitting free, you allowed me to choose the day of delivery, you advised exactly how I would be contacted re delivery. The driver contacted me exactly as you said he would, delivered on time, fitted the appliance, made sure I was satisfied, and left.
