Going the extra mile to solve my problem
Appliances Online have been in constant contact with me to rectify the problem I have had. Georgia in customer service is a real credit to the compalny and quickly agreed to send me an LPG Mainifold to replace the Natural Gas one. It arrived within a couple of days and is being fitted on Wednesday by the plumber. If only all customer service was as good as that of Georgia and her team, I would be a very happy man. Well done Georgia and thank you once again for going the extra mile to solve my problem. I have bought appliances before from Appliancesonline and never had any problems, but it is at times when you do that you really find out whether you are dealing with a professional company or one just interested in moving boxes. If all staff are as thorough and professional as Georgia, I would not hesitate to buy from them again. Great Service!!! Heath, The Gap, QLD
Cheaper than any others I looked at
I bought a fridge from you and had it delivered last week. Loved the fact it was cheaper than any others I looked at and I could buy it without having to travel all over Brisbane to get the best price. I ordered it, specified the day I could be home for delivery and the delivery guys rang me at 8.30 to advise the time it would be delivered. this meant I could plan my day around it rather than sitting at home all day waiting (and when you only get one day off a month this is important.) Delivery was free, they took away my old fridge and I paid COD. I have recommended you to heaps of my friends and I am now looking at buying a dishwasher and yes I will be buying through you. The free delivery & take away of my old machine was great the 2 guys where very happy and helpful. Well Done. Peta, Black Rock, VIC
