Poor performance
I bought this Dongle to connect my LG Smart TV to the internet via Wi-Fi. Unfortunately it was not possible to maintain a link to my BT Affinity Router that permitted streaming of movies etc as speed was to low. Other devices in my home e.g. another smart tv and my pc and laptop operate with a high speed connection to the same router. I gave up on the LG Dongle and bought another product.

So Easy!
The AN-WF100 is so easy to use, there is nothing to go wrong! It is a great design and I love the blue light!

We have probably used this for a total of 2 months. The signal strength is terrible. To add insult to that the other day it had no reception. The dongle was so hot I had to get a cloth to remove it from the slot. Piece of overpriced garbage. We've had no problem with our cheaper Hisense tv with built in wifi. Time to toss the LG to the tip.

Thank you for your promptness & fantastic customer service. Product ordered Saturday night 9.30pm, chose delivery for the following Tuesday. Tuesday 7.38am phone call to advise estimated delivery time of 8.15-9.15am. Product & delivery person arrives promptly at 8.15am. Unloads etc realizes dent in washing machine apologize profusely...at this point we are in awe still of the service so no qualms with us...Promise a new washer by 3pm the same day. 2.38pm same day call to advise 15 minutes away.....I am still reeling at the level of dedication and service your people and company have to offer......thank you for restoring our faith, I have not stopped raving about Appliances Online...... Why aren't there more companies in the 21st century that deliver customer service and follow through like this one? I was totally impressed and thrilled with Appliances Online - not only from the savings I made by purchasing my washing machine through them, but also with the whole process from start to end. The website is very user-friendly, the phone service team were a pleasure to deal with - even giving me a direct line to contact the operator if I changed my mind on the model I ordered, and the delivery boys were professional, efficient, and had great communication with us regarding the time of delivery on the morning.
