Washing machine--Yes it arrived exactly on time—& it works well after a couple of days for us to work out how. –the way it works is the same as the one I had before except for a few minor differences. I would like to express how pleased I was with the efficiency and great service I received from Appliances Online when I purchased a washing machine earlier this week. The web page was easy to navigate, your price was the cheapest I could find, the acknowledgement of my order was quick, delivery advice was comprehensive, the delivery drivers were courteous, efficient and obliging and the washing machine was installed approximately 25 hours after I ordered it. The entire process was painless
To Appliances Online. I would like to thank you for the excellent service you recently provided with my recent purchase of a refrigerator. If only all places provided the level of customer service you provide, things would be much easier for we consumers. I am pleased to say that the process outlined on your website occurred as claimed - the product was delivered the next business day after it was ordered, I was called before 10am on the day of delivery with an estimated delivery time window, and it was delivered within that window. There was a small glitch with the online ordering process in that I didn't receive a confirmation page after submitting payment, but a call to the Support phone number confirmed the order had been placed and the payment had been received. The only thing that didn't happen as specified on the website was a phone call an hour before the delivery.
