Love my new pot. Last one I bought lasted 20 years. One improvement I’d like to see- a light on the capacity glass window. Can’t see how much water is left inside without opening lid. I know, sounds very lazy of me. Sorry. Forget what I said. Thank you for a great product.

Rust inside kettle is disappointing. Not standing by your product is a major concern for me.

It says to be made of stainless steel but this is my second Breville Soft Top Kettle and after having it for only a few months, it’s already rusting. I had to replace the previous one because of this issue and now this one is rusting in the same exact spot. I will not be buying another one considering a significant price tag. Loved it otherwise, shame it’s not up to the usual Breville quality.
