    Poor colour coating coming off
    Brought the navy blue a few years ago and the colour coating has started coming off - the top rim is now missing all the colour and back to metal which looks poor. The coating flakes drop into the water (which I imagine can’t be good for you!) On the positive side it is a nice kettle to use but poor longevity for the colour coating.

    Nice but flawed
    Really nice kettle. Love everything about it except for a single flaw that spoils the overall experience. The tinting of the glass windows in each side is so dark that it is impossible to see the water level inside and there is surprisingly no light in the kettle either. This means you have to open the lid and look inside every time
