[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my 20year old Rinnai 4 burner bbq because I couldn't find replacement burners. The Beefeater 1200 is disappointing. I can't use the hot plate because it doesn't heat up enough to cook my stake. The grill section is ok but nowhere as hot as my Rinnai. I even paid a glass fitter to convert it to Natural gas. I don't know how to recover my money from Beefeater I was told this was a good brand bbq. I disagree!

After installation, the right cabinet door would not close. If entire unit is moved to a different position the door would close. Check with a spirit level and there was no issue significant enough to cause the cabinet frame to become uneven. Called support, beefeater tech confirmed correct installation and found no issue with level and suggested I put the thinnest plank of wood under the right wheels to even up the frame, probably less than 2 mm thick. Never had this issue with any other bbq I purchased in the past. Bottom line is the cabinet frame is not sturdy. The side burner is also flimsy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am on my third beefeater BBQ. The 1st one eas built in and could not be relocated when we moved. The 2nd was on a trolley which is 10 years old and used at lesst twice per week. The third is s five burner which is built in.
